The ACP panel board is RM3,200 for a 20 × 4 ft board in grey, white, black or wood grain, each line of lettering you type is priced on top, and mounting the finished letters is a one-off RM300 per sign. You type the line, its letter height and its overall width. The price runs per metre of that width and climbs with letter height, which is how lettering actually costs: a 1 m run of 100 mm letters is a dozen letters to cut and weld, a 1 m run of 300 mm letters is four. So "TANDAKU" at 300 mm tall across 2 m in aluminium box-up front-lit is RM680, and the same 2 m line in 10 mm PVC foam at 200 mm tall is RM148. Lighting is priced the same way, on the same line — outdoor IP68 LED on that 2 m aluminium line is RM680, whether you light the face or halo the wall behind it; pick "no LED" and that RM680 simply comes off. A logo is a box rather than a line: enter its height and width and it is charged at 1.3× the equivalent letter price, because a logo has far more edge to cut per square millimetre than a letterform does. Up to 8 lines per sign, and at least one line before it can go in the cart. Mounting the finished letters on the board is RM300 per sign, however many lines you order. PVC foam in 10, 15 or 25 mm — the budget choice, never lit. Or box-up letters, fabricated as a shell with a face: aluminium, stainless steel or EG steel. Every box-up letter then takes one of three lighting choices, picked per line: no LED (the letter is solid and unlit, just deep), front-lit LED (the face itself glows) or backlit halo LED (the letter stays dark and the wall behind it glows). The LED is outdoor IP68 — a shopfront sign gets rained on.

Because it is the same job. One ACP panel board is 20 × 4 ft, and a smaller sign still uses that board, still needs a frame welded and primed, still takes one print and one crew. So anything up to 20 × 4 ft is RM3,200 — a 10 × 2 ft sign included. There is one discount: when the longer side is 6.67 ft or less, a third of a board, you pay half — so a 5 × 2 ft sign is RM1,600. Going over one board means buying another whole board, so 20 × 6 ft is RM6,400 and 40 × 8 ft, the largest we make, is RM12,800. We will make anything from 1 sq ft upward, but below a third of a board the price stops falling. Those are board prices on their own: the lettering and the RM300 mounting go on top, which is why the cheapest complete sign here is RM1,930 — a half board, one small PVC foam line and the mounting.

Grey, white, black and wood grain are all included in the RM3,200. A 2K spray finish in any colour you name is RM8 per square foot — about RM640 on a 20 × 4 ft board — matched to the RAL or Pantone code (or a photo) you leave in the order notes. Black or a deep spray colour behind stainless or front-lit letters gives the strongest contrast you can buy.

ACP is a real aluminium skin over a polymer core, so it stays flat and true in full Malaysian sun and cannot rust or rot. The ribbed panel reads as a proper architectural fascia rather than a printed sheet, which is why cafés, clinics, boutiques and offices choose it.
