Boards and plates for factories, warehouses and offices running 5S, kaizen and safety programmes in Malaysia. The set starts with the five Sisih, Susun, Sapu, Seragam and Sentiasa Amal plates and a Kawasan 5S marker, then covers the zones most plants need to label: raw material, work in progress, awaiting inspection, finished goods, quarantine, rejected goods, scrap, pallet area, receiving and dispatch, forklift lane. Safety and culture boards such as zero accident, days without accident, quality is everyone's responsibility, wear your staff ID and suggestion box round out the range. Wording is in Bahasa Malaysia and English by default, with Chinese available for mixed-language shop floors. Zone plates come in 3:1 door-plate proportions and boards in A6 to A1 sizes. Order as a sticker from RM6 for racking, cabinets and trolleys, or as a PP hollow board, 5 mm PVC foam board or 0.5 mm EG steel plate from RM19 for walls, pillars and forklift-traffic areas. Everything is printed to order and delivered nationwide, so a plant in Penang and a warehouse in Johor can order matching sets.
