Signboards are priced by area, so the cost depends on your material and exact size. Budget KT board starts from about RM15 and ACP shopfront signboards from around RM70. The configurator shows your precise price the moment you enter your size — no quote request needed.

We accept FPX online banking for all major Malaysian banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and more), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and selected e-wallets via Billplz. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Yes. For large quantities or recurring orders, message us on WhatsApp with your sizes and materials and we’ll prepare a custom quote.

For outdoor or shopfront signs, choose 3mm ACP — it’s weatherproof and rigid. For premium indoor signs (offices, reception, logos), choose acrylic. For short-term indoor displays and event backdrops, KT board is the cheapest, with foamboard and HIPS as light, durable middle options.

3mm ACP (aluminium composite panel) is the Malaysian standard for outdoor and shopfront signboards because it’s weatherproof, UV-stable and stays flat at large sizes.

Any custom size within each material’s limits — enter width and height in millimetres, or pick a preset (A3–A1 and common feet sizes). We cut the board to your exact dimensions.

Yes. Finishing options include drilled corner holes, rounded corners, brushed-steel standoff mounts, protective lamination and double-sided printing.

We accept .ai, .pdf, .svg and high-resolution images (PNG/JPG). Vector files (.ai, .pdf, .svg) give the sharpest print. Files up to 100MB upload directly; for larger or TIFF files, paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link instead.

Always. Every file runs through automatic preflight (resolution, dimensions, bleed) and then a designer reviews it before anything is printed. If something looks off, we’ll request a new file before charging ahead.

Start from a ready-made template on our templates page, adjust it to your size, and we’ll print it. For custom design work, message us on WhatsApp.

We print and dispatch from our shop in Kajang, Selangor. Delivery is typically 1–2 working days within the Klang Valley and 2–4 working days to the rest of Peninsular Malaysia, with longer windows for East Malaysia. You get a tracking link once your order ships.

Yes, we deliver to all states in Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and board weight, and large orders may qualify for free shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Because each signboard is custom-made to your size and artwork, we can’t accept returns for change of mind once printing has started. You can cancel before printing begins for a full refund. Approved-and-printed orders cannot be cancelled.
