Ordering

How do I order a custom portrait?
Ordering is easy! Browse our portrait styles and pick one you love. Then upload a clear, high-quality photo of your subject. Our artist will create a digital preview within 5-7 business days. You review and approve (or request changes), and once you are happy, we print it on your chosen product and ship it to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Billplz, which supports FPX online banking for all major Malaysian banks (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and more), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and selected e-wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?
Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders of 5 or more portraits, as well as corporate packages for gifts, events, and company milestones. Contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form with your requirements and we will prepare a custom quote for you.

Portraits

What photo quality do you need?
For the best results, we recommend photos that are at least 1 megapixel (1000 x 1000 pixels) with good, natural lighting and a clear view of the subject's face. Avoid heavily filtered, blurry, or very dark photos. Our team will let you know if your photo needs improvement before we begin work.
Can I order portraits of pets?
Absolutely! Pet portraits are one of our most popular categories. We can create stunning portraits of cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, and just about any pet. Our artists specialize in capturing your pet's unique personality and expression. Just upload a clear photo and choose your style.
Can I order a memorial portrait?
Yes, we handle memorial portraits with the utmost care and sensitivity. Whether it is a beloved family member or a pet who has crossed the rainbow bridge, we can create a beautiful tribute portrait from your favourite photo. Just let us know it is a memorial piece when ordering, and we will give it extra special attention.
How many revisions can I request?
We offer unlimited revisions on your digital preview at no extra cost. We want you to be completely happy with your portrait before it goes to print. Simply let us know what changes you would like, and our artist will update the portrait. Most customers are thrilled with the first or second version.
What if I don't like the preview?
That is what the preview process is for! You will receive a digital preview before anything goes to print. If something is not right, just tell us what you would like changed. We offer unlimited revisions. If after multiple revisions you are still not satisfied, we can discuss a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Products

What sizes are available?
We offer a range of sizes depending on the product. Canvas prints come in A4 (21 x 30 cm), A3 (30 x 42 cm), and A2 (42 x 60 cm). Framed prints are available in 8 x 10 inches, 11 x 14 inches, and 16 x 20 inches. Mugs, phone cases, and other accessories come in standard sizes. Check each product page for specific dimensions.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Portrait creation takes 5-10 business days depending on the style and complexity. After you approve the digital preview, printing takes 2-3 business days. Shipping to Peninsular Malaysia takes 2-4 business days, and East Malaysia takes 5-7 business days. Total turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks from order to delivery.

Shipping

Do you ship to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)?
Yes, we ship to all states in Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak. Delivery to East Malaysia takes 5-7 business days and costs RM15-25 depending on the product size and weight. Orders above RM200 ship free to all of Malaysia.
How does shipping work?
We ship all orders via J&T Express and Pos Laju. Peninsular Malaysia delivery takes 2-4 business days (RM10-15), and East Malaysia takes 5-7 business days (RM15-25). Orders above RM200 qualify for free shipping. You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Can I get a refund?
You may cancel your order before the artist begins work on your portrait, and you will receive a full refund. Once the portrait creation has started, cancellations are subject to a 50% fee to cover the artist's time. After you approve the digital preview and printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled. If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
What is your return policy?
Since each portrait is a custom-made product, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved preview, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
