Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each Tandaku order goes through two stages before it is dispatched. Please allow for the full processing window so our artists can deliver the quality you deserve.

Portrait Creation: 5-10 Business Days

After you place your order, our artist begins crafting your custom portrait. You will receive a digital preview for your review. Complex styles or portraits with multiple subjects may take closer to 10 business days. You can request unlimited revisions at no extra cost during this stage.

Printing & Packaging: 2-3 Business Days

Once you approve the digital preview, we print your portrait on your chosen product using premium materials and carefully package it for safe transit. The printing clock starts only after you give your final approval.

Delivery Times & Costs

We currently ship within Malaysia only. All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched by our courier partner. International shipping is not available at this time but is planned for a future launch.

The exact shipping cost within the flat-rate range depends on the product size and weight and is calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on all orders above RM200!

This applies to all destinations within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total meets the threshold. No promo code needed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders through trusted Malaysian courier services to ensure reliable, trackable delivery:

  • J&T Express — Our primary carrier for most Peninsular Malaysia deliveries, offering reliable nationwide coverage, real-time tracking, and doorstep delivery.
  • Pos Laju — Used for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) deliveries and select rural areas where Pos Laju provides the widest coverage.

We select the most suitable carrier for each order based on your delivery address. The assigned carrier cannot be changed after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via both email and WhatsApp. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website:

If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +60 14-927 0938 and we will help you locate your package.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

For items damaged during shipping, please take photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and send them to us via WhatsApp. We will arrange a full replacement at no cost. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at launch. We are working on expanding our delivery network to serve customers in Singapore, Brunei, and beyond. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
