3D Printed Letters in Malaysia

Letters printed layer by layer in PLA or PETG, so we can build shapes a router or laser cannot hold: fine script joins, hairline serifs, domed and chamfered faces, logo marks and any depth you ask for. Printed in colour, or primed and spray-painted.

1. Choose your material

Most popular
Black PLA / PETG
Black PLA / PETG

Printed in black right through, so a knock on the edge does not show a different colour underneath. PETG for hot and sheltered outdoor spots, PLA indoors.

from RM 40.00
White PLA / PETG
White PLA / PETG

White through the whole letter — the best base for spray paint, and the one to choose if you are adding LED behind it.

from RM 40.00
Grey PLA / PETG
Grey PLA / PETG

A neutral mid grey that hides layer lines better than black or white, so an unpainted printed letter still looks finished up close.

How to measure: letter height is the cap height of one letter, overall width is the whole run of text

Enter the LETTER HEIGHT (the cap height of your tallest letter) and the OVERALL WIDTH of the whole text, first letter to last, including the spaces. Two stacked lines? Add each line as its own item — each line has its own letter height.

Screen colour ≠ printed colour

Your screen glows in RGB; we print CMYK ink on material. Bright and neon colours print more muted — typical shifts below. For exact brand colours, send CMYK or Pantone values in your file, or choose the colour-matched service.

3D Printed Letters FAQs

How much do 3D printed letters cost in Malaysia?
From RM 40.00. The price comes from the two numbers you enter above: the letter height and the overall width of the whole line of text. Taller letters cost more per metre of text, and a longer line costs more because it is simply more letters. You never have to count the letters yourself — the calculator does it, and the price updates as you type.
What size should I enter?
Letter height is the cap height of your tallest letter — a capital A measured top to bottom, not the height of the whole block of text. Overall width runs from the left edge of the first letter to the right edge of the last one, spaces included. The diagram above the size fields shows both. Two stacked lines are two order lines, one for each line. As a rule of thumb, 200–400mm letters suit a shopfront fascia read from across the road, and 80–150mm a reception wall.
What colours do the printed letters come in, and how do the edges look?
Black, white and grey, printed in PLA or PETG — PETG for hot or sheltered outdoor spots, PLA indoors. The colour goes right through the letter, so the edge is the same colour as the face and a knock does not reveal something different underneath. Grey hides the fine layer lines best, which is why an unpainted grey letter still looks finished close up. Choose white if you are spraying a brand colour over it, or if you are adding LED — white edges light up. Any Pantone or RAL is available through the 2K spray option.
What can you print that a laser or router cannot cut?
This is the range for shapes a cutting tool physically cannot hold: fine script fonts where the strokes join at a hair-thin point, hairline serifs, domed and chamfered faces instead of a flat top, logo marks with real relief, and any depth you ask for rather than the thicknesses a sheet happens to come in. Send the vector file or the font name and we will confirm what holds together at your chosen height before anything goes on the printer.
Do the LED letters need a driver?
Yes, and it is not optional — the Add to cart button stays locked until you pick one. The modules run on 12V DC, so every lit order has to include an AC–DC driver: 100W or 300W, indoor or rainproof. Wiring the LEDs straight into 240V mains destroys them the moment you switch on, and that is not covered by warranty. Take the rainproof driver for anything outdoors, and mount it somewhere your electrician can still reach in two years.
Can you install it for me?
Yes. On-site installation in KL and Selangor is one charge per job — one visit fixes every letter in your order, whether it is 3 letters or 30 — starting at RM350 for a ground-floor wall or fascia and stepping up floor by floor, because the higher the sign goes the more access equipment the job needs; above the 5th floor we quote after a site survey, since that means a boom lift or a gondola and a permit from the building. Ordering two lines of text or several letter products? Still one visit and one charge — at the highest floor among them. Doing it yourself instead? Add the full-size paper template — tape it up, mark the holes through it, and every letter lands level and evenly spaced first time.
