Security and access control signs for Malaysian properties: CCTV in operation, private property, no trespassing, residents only, access card required, no tailgating, visitors must wear pass, no visitors beyond this point and guard house notices. They are bought by joint management bodies, gated community residents' associations, factory and office managers, schools and landlords who need guards and cameras backed by a written rule. Every design is printed in BM+English by default, with BM+English+Chinese, English-only, BM-only and Chinese-only versions, on PP hollow board, PVC foam board 5mm or Tandaku Colourfit EG steel 0.5mm for outdoor gates and fences. Sizes from 150×200mm to 600×900mm, from RM19, delivered nationwide.
