It belongs at the reception counter, guardhouse or visitor registration desk of offices, factories, warehouses, schools, hospitals and condominiums across Malaysia, and again at the lift lobby or production floor entrance where a visitor without a pass should be challenged. Factories with ISO or customer audit requirements use it as part of their visitor control procedure. Default size is 200×300mm; other sizes from 150×200mm to 600×900mm.
