A Chinese version is available. A crossed-out pedestrian pictogram carries the message to anyone who does not read the text. Condominium management, office towers, hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, schools, factories and warehouses across Malaysia fix it to the roof access door and hatch ladder. It keeps residents, students and tenants away from fall hazards, water tanks, lift motor rooms and telco equipment, supports JMB and MC house rules under the Strata Management Act 2013, and helps owners show reasonable care under OSHA 1994. Sticker suits a fire-rated steel door; PP hollow board or PVC foam board 5 mm suit the landing wall, and Tandaku Colourfit EG steel sheet 0.5 mm suits the exposed outer face of the door.
