Pick a sandwich — the poster sealed between two clear sheets for the flattest look — or a pocket, where the front sheet is cut short so the poster slides in and out of a slot at the top. 1. Choose your material
Your poster sealed between two 3mm clear acrylic sheets on brushed bolt-nut standoffs. The flattest, cleanest look — take the standoffs off to change the print.
ℹ Enter the frame size, not the poster size — the presets below do the sum for you (an A4 poster needs a 250 × 337mm frame). Up to 600 × 600mm in this build; above that a 3mm back bows, so pick 5mm + 3mm.
A 5mm back panel carries the weight with a 3mm front over your print — the build we use from A2 up, where a thin back would bow.
Matched 5mm front and back — heavier, dead flat and glassier at the edge. For large formats and pieces people stand close to.
Two 10mm sheets — the heaviest build, rigid at full sheet size and deep enough to glow at the edge. Goes to 2.4m, the largest acrylic sheet made.
Two 3mm sheets with the front panel cut short at the top, leaving an open slot. Your poster drops straight in and pulls straight out — nothing to unscrew.
A 5mm back holds the panel dead flat while the 3mm front stays light enough to flex a little as you slide the poster in. The everyday large-format pocket.
Matched 5mm front and back. The heavier front sits harder against the poster, so nothing curls forward — the choice where people walk past close enough to touch it.
A 10mm back gives a deep glass-block edge and total rigidity at full height, with a 5mm front over the pocket. The flagship changeable panel.

Enter the frame size — the acrylic panel itself, not the poster. A frame has to be 40mm wider and 40mm taller than the paper so the bolt-nut standoffs have a border to grip; tap a preset below and we do that sum for you. An A4 poster needs a 250 × 337mm frame.
