The sign reads INTENSIVE CARE UNIT – NO ENTRY WITHOUT PERMISSION — PLEASE RING BELL in English and UNIT RAWATAN RAPI – DILARANG MASUK TANPA KEBENARAN — SILA TEKAN LOCENG in Bahasa Malaysia, with a crossed-out pedestrian symbol. A Chinese version is also available. It is fixed at the main doors of intensive care, coronary care, neonatal and high dependency units in government and private hospitals across Malaysia. The wording manages visitors politely while protecting infection control, restricting visiting hours and keeping the corridor clear for clinical staff, in line with KKM ward access practice. The sticker is the neat choice for glass doors and door panels. PP hollow board is a budget notice, 5mm PVC foam board gives a clean rigid panel that wipes down easily, and EG steel sheet suits external entrance doors.
