A blue mandatory circle with a stairs pictogram and the words KEEP LEFT ON STAIRS – WALK, DO NOT RUN, and Gunakan Sebelah Kiri Di Tangga – Berjalan, Jangan Berlari in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version (楼梯靠左行走) is available. It follows the ISO 7010 mandatory-action style. Keeping one side for going up and the other for coming down prevents bottlenecks and falls when large numbers move at once.
