This sign reads DELIVERY & TAKEAWAY PICK-UP in English and KAUNTER PENGAMBILAN PESANAN in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese version (外卖取餐处) available on its own or with BM and English. The takeaway bag pictogram identifies the counter from across the shop.
It is used by restaurants, cafes, kopitiam, mamak, bakeries, bubble tea kiosks and food court stalls across Malaysia to separate the order collection point from the dine-in queue, so that riders and walk-in takeaway customers do not hold up table service.
