Yes. A designer checks every file before anything is printed, and we WhatsApp you if something needs fixing. No artwork? Choose Design for me — it is free: you approve a draft first, with 2 rounds of changes included.

Pickup

Collect from our shop in Seri Kembangan, Selangor — Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm; Saturday, 8am–1pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays. Choose self-collection at checkout and we message you when it is ready.

Delivery

Courier to every state, priced at checkout by packed size, weight and destination; there is no free shipping. In the Klang Valley you can book Lalamove once we confirm the order is ready. Rigid boards over 120 cm on any side go by pickup or Lalamove only.

Pop-Up Backdrop Display FAQs

The exhibition back wall: an aluminium pop-up frame that opens like a concertina into a 3 × 3 or 4 × 3 panel wall, curved or straight, with the graphic panels magnet-locked to the frame. Cylindrical hard trolley case or round soft carry bag. Stand only, or with the full graphic printed.

How much does a pop-up backdrop cost in Malaysia?
From RM 282.10 for the 3 × 3 frame in a soft case. Hard case, the wider 4 × 3, and the with-graphic bundles are each a flat price on this page.
What sizes are the pop-up walls?
3 × 3 curved: 344 cm wide × 230 cm tall. 3 × 3 straight: 359 × 230 cm. 4 × 3 curved: 414 × 230 cm. The "3" is the number of panel columns across; every wall is three panels high.
Hard case or soft case?
The hard case is a black cylindrical trolley case on wheels; wrap it in a graphic and it doubles as a podium counter at the front of your booth. It weighs about 27 kg packed (30 kg for the 4 × 3). The soft case is a round nylon drum bag with a strap at about 22 kg — lighter and cheaper, no wheels, no counter.
How is the graphic fitted?
Printed as panel strips with magnetic bars on the back; the aluminium frame opens like a concertina and the strips snap onto its magnet rails, so one person can dress the wall in ten minutes. Order "with print" and we print and pre-fit the panels; frame-only and you fit panels you already have.
Does it come with lights?
Two clip-on 150 W display spot lights are shown in the photos and sold separately on our Display Accessories page. The frame has a mount for them along the top rail.
How fast is delivery?
Stand alone or with the graphic printed, checked and fitted, Standard is 3 working days, ready 6pm–12am on working day 3; an order confirmed (paid and artwork approved) before 2pm counts that day as day 0. Express, chosen at checkout, makes it working day 1 (the next working day). Everything ships from Seri Kembangan, Selangor with a tracking link, or collect from us Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm; Saturday, 8am–1pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays.
