Delivery
Courier to every state, priced at checkout by packed size, weight and destination; there is no free shipping. In the Klang Valley you can book Lalamove once we confirm the order is ready. Rigid boards over 120 cm on any side go by pickup or Lalamove only.

A white rigid promotion counter with a header board on two poles, and a lower oval pop-up table with a black top and a wrap-around fabric graphic — the sampling and registration desks of roadshows, mall activations and product launches. Both pack into a carry bag. Buy the unit alone or with the graphic printed and fitted.
How much is a promotion counter in Malaysia?
From RM 158.60 for the counter alone. The pop-up table and the with-graphic bundles are each a flat price on this page.
What is the difference between the promotion counter and the pop-up table?
The promotion counter is a white rigid PP/PVC booth: 80 cm wide, 44 cm deep and 200 cm tall including a header board on two poles above the counter, with shelves inside for stock. The pop-up table is an oval 133 × 40 cm counter, 90 cm tall, with a glossy black top and a wrap-around fabric graphic on a folding aluminium scissor frame — lower, wider, and quicker to set up. Counter for sampling and sign-ups with a header; table for a bar-height demo or registration desk.
What graphic sizes do they take?
Promotion counter: a curved front panel 71 × 32 inches plus a header 31.5 × 12 inches. Pop-up table: one wrap-around graphic 83.5 × 34 inches. Order the "with printed front" option and we print, trim and fit the graphic before it ships; order the unit alone and fit your own.
How heavy are they, and how do they pack?
The promotion counter packs flat into a non-woven bag — its panels, shelves and poles clip together on site in a few minutes. The pop-up table folds on its scissor frame into a 68 × 43 × 29 cm bag at about 10 kg; the graphic stays attached to the frame, so it opens ready-dressed.
Can I use them outdoors?
Under a canopy or tent, yes. Both are light and the graphics are indoor-grade fabric and synthetic paper, so keep them out of rain and direct sun for a full day.
How fast is delivery?
Stand alone or with the graphic printed, checked and fitted, Standard is 3 working days, ready 6pm–12am on working day 3; an order confirmed (paid and artwork approved) before 2pm counts that day as day 0. Express, chosen at checkout, makes it working day 1 (the next working day). Everything ships from Seri Kembangan, Selangor with a tracking link, or collect from us Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm; Saturday, 8am–1pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays.
