A courier collects your order the working day after its ready date, and arrival in Peninsular Malaysia is estimated the working day after that. Sabah, Sarawak and international destinations take longer; the booked service may vary.

Do you check it before it is printed?

Yes. A designer checks every file before anything is printed, and we WhatsApp you if something needs fixing. No artwork? Choose Design for me — it is free: you approve a draft first, with 2 rounds of changes included.

Pickup

Collect from our shop in Seri Kembangan, Selangor — Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm; Saturday, 8am–1pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays. Choose self-collection at checkout and we message you when it is ready.

Delivery

Courier to every state, priced at checkout by packed size, weight and destination; there is no free shipping. In the Klang Valley you can book Lalamove once we confirm the order is ready. Rigid boards over 120 cm on any side go by pickup or Lalamove only.

What comes with a fabric display?
Each kit includes a portable frame and stretch-fabric print. Backdrops offer 1-sided printing at the original price or 2-sided printing for 50% more. Barricades include one-sided printing.
Which sizes can I order?
Choose from nine straight-backdrop sizes or two barricade sizes. Backdrops offer 1-sided or 2-sided printing; 2-sided printing costs 50% more than the original kit price.
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Choose your display and size first, then upload your artwork when placing the order. We check the file before printing.
When will it be ready?
We print in-house in Seri Kembangan. Standard: 3 working days, ready 6pm–12am on working day 3; an order confirmed (paid and artwork approved) before 2pm counts that day as day 0. Express, chosen at checkout, makes it working day 1 (the next working day). Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count. Delivery or collection options appear at checkout.
