Confirmed Monday before 2pm: ready Thursday, 6pm–12am; from 2pm, counting starts the next working day. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Express uses the same 2pm cut-off.
Shipping is calculated by packed size, weight and destination. Members get an RM5 shipping voucher; packing is separate.
