Choose Express at checkout, have the order confirmed (paid and artwork approved) before 2pm, and it is ready the following working day, between 6pm and midnight. Express costs 30% of the order — RM20 minimum, RM150 maximum, charged once per order. Within the Klang Valley, you can send a Lalamove driver once we confirm it is ready. There is no same-day printing, and no "24 hours from payment": the clock starts when the order is paid and your file is approved, because that is the moment printing can actually begin.

Box-up letters are folded, welded, filled and cured, and every neon character is bent by hand and burn-in tested, so no amount of queue-jumping fits them into a day. Fabric and flags are dye-sublimated, a separate process, and are ready on the same three-working-day schedule as other printed items.
When the clock starts: confirmed before 2pm
Three rules decide your date:
- The clock starts when the order is confirmed — paid and artwork approved — not at payment alone. Most uploaded files need something fixed before printing — a missing bleed, an RGB colour, a low-resolution logo. A promise counted from checkout would be broken on exactly the urgent orders that matter most.
- Confirmed before 2pm, that working day counts as day 0. From 2pm, counting starts the next working day. Standard and Express share this cut-off.
- Only Monday to Friday count. Saturdays, Sundays and national and Selangor public holidays are skipped. The shop is open on Saturday for collection, but nothing is produced.
A ready date is when the order is finished, between 6pm and midnight that day — ready for Lalamove or pickup; a courier collects it the following working day.

Every ready date is between 6pm and midnight that day.
The second row is the one that catches people out: confirmed at 3 pm on Monday, the clock starts on Tuesday, Wednesday is a public holiday, and "next working day" becomes Thursday. The difference between 1:59 pm and 2:01 pm on a Friday is a whole weekend.
What express costs
Express is 30% of the order subtotal, with a RM20 minimum and a RM150 cap, charged once per order — not per item.

Because the fee is charged once, rushing one big order costs far less than rushing the same items as separate small orders.
Delivery and pickup once it is ready
Printing is next working day at the fastest, ready between 6pm and midnight. From there:
- Lalamove, Klang Valley — booked once we confirm the order is ready, quoted and paid to the driver.
- Free pickup — from the shop in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 8 am to 1 pm.
- Courier, nationwide — collected the working day after the ready date, with arrival in Peninsular Malaysia estimated the working day after that; Sabah and Sarawak take longer. For a deadline outside the Klang Valley, add the courier days to the ready date.
Large-quantity orders
The date shown at checkout does not change with quantity: printed items are three working days standard and the next working day on express, whether you order one banner or fifty. The order ships as one parcel, so it waits for its slowest line, and it is only next-day when every line in the cart is a printed item.

How to hit an urgent deadline
- Send a print-ready file. Correct size, 3 mm bleed, CMYK, fonts outlined — see banner size for printing and how to prepare artwork. A file that passes the check first time is not held up waiting for a correction.
- Order early in the day. Confirmation before 2pm is worth a full working day.
- Tick Express at checkout. The exact fee is shown there before you pay.
- Keep slow items out of the urgent order. One cut-out letter line or neon sign holds the whole parcel to seven working days on standard and rules out next-day — order those separately.
- Choose Lalamove or pickup if you are in the Klang Valley and the date is tight.

Fabric, flags and sublimation transfers are dye-sublimated rather than UV-printed, but they follow the printed schedule: three working days, or the next working day with Express.
