The fastest a banner, poster, bunting or roll-up can be printed at Tandaku is the next working day. Choose Express at checkout, have your artwork approved before 12 noon, and it is dispatched the following working day. Express costs 30% of the order — RM20 minimum, capped at RM150. Within the Klang Valley, Lalamove can then deliver it the same day it is ready. There is no same-day printing, and no "24 hours from payment": the clock starts when your file is approved, because that is the moment printing can actually begin.
How fast each product can be made

| Product | Standard | Express |
|---|---|---|
| Banners, buntings, backdrops, posters, stickers, printed boards, roll-up banners | 5 working days | Next working day |
| Sign and poster holders (stocked hardware) | 2 working days | Next working day |
| Flat-cut acrylic, metal, PVC and wood letters | 7 working days | Next working day |
| Box-up and backlit letters, 3D printed letters, custom neon signs | 7 working days | Not available |
| Fabric, flags and sublimation transfers | Allow 5–7 working days | Not the product for a next-day deadline |
Box-up letters are folded, welded, filled and cured, and every neon character is bent by hand and burn-in tested, so no amount of queue-jumping fits them into a day. Fabric and flags are dye-sublimated by a production partner, which is why they carry a longer window.
When the clock starts: approval before 12 noon

Three rules decide your date:
- The clock starts at artwork approval, not payment. Most uploaded files need something fixed before printing — a missing bleed, an RGB colour, a low-resolution logo. A promise counted from checkout would be broken on exactly the urgent orders that matter most.
- Approval before 12 noon starts the clock that working day. After noon, it starts the next working day.
- Only Monday to Friday count. Saturdays, Sundays and national and Selangor public holidays are skipped. The shop is open on Saturday for collection, but nothing is produced.
A dispatch date is when the order leaves the bench — ready for Lalamove or pickup, or handed to the courier.
Worked examples
Real dates for September 2026, calculated by the same function the checkout uses. Wednesday 16 September is Malaysia Day.
| Artwork approved | Express dispatch | Standard dispatch |
|---|---|---|
| Monday 14 Sept, 10:30 am | Tuesday 15 Sept | Tuesday 22 Sept |
| Monday 14 Sept, 3:00 pm | Thursday 17 Sept | Wednesday 23 Sept |
| Friday 18 Sept, 11:00 am | Monday 21 Sept | Friday 25 Sept |
| Friday 18 Sept, 1:00 pm | Tuesday 22 Sept | Monday 28 Sept |
| Saturday 19 Sept, 10:00 am | Tuesday 22 Sept | Monday 28 Sept |
The second row is the one that catches people out: approved at 3 pm on Monday, the clock starts on Tuesday, Wednesday is a public holiday, and "next working day" becomes Thursday. The difference between 11:59 am and 12:01 pm on a Friday is a whole weekend.
What express costs

Express is 30% of the order subtotal, with a RM20 minimum and a RM150 cap, charged once per order — not per item.
| Order | Price | Express fee |
|---|---|---|
| One 3 × 6 ft flex banner | RM35.99 | RM20.00 (minimum) |
| One A1 poster | RM11.29 | RM20.00 (minimum) |
| One economy roll-up banner | RM75.00 | RM22.50 |
| Ten 3 × 6 ft flex banners | RM359.90 | RM107.97 |
| Any order above RM500 | — | RM150.00 (cap) |
Because the fee is charged once, rushing one big order costs far less than rushing the same items as separate small orders.
Same-day delivery and pickup

Printing is next working day at the fastest; delivery can be the same day it is ready:
- Lalamove, Klang Valley — booked once the order is ready, quoted and paid to the driver.
- Free pickup — from the shop in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.
- Courier, nationwide — 1–3 working days after dispatch, a few more for Sabah and Sarawak. For a deadline outside the Klang Valley, add the courier days to the dispatch date.
Large-quantity orders
The date shown at checkout does not change with quantity: printed items are five working days standard and the next working day on express, whether you order one banner or fifty. The order ships as one parcel, so it waits for its slowest line, and express is only offered when every line in the cart can take it.
For runs of several hundred pieces, or a date that cannot move, message Tandaku on WhatsApp at +60 17-849 3938 before paying, so the date is confirmed against the bench rather than assumed.
How to hit an urgent deadline

- Send a print-ready file. Correct size, 3 mm bleed, CMYK, fonts outlined — see banner size for printing and how to prepare artwork. A file that passes the check first time is not held up waiting for a correction.
- Order in the morning. Approval before 12 noon is worth a full working day.
- Tick Express at checkout. It is offered whenever every item in the cart can be rushed.
- Keep slow items out of the urgent order. One box-up letter or neon sign holds the whole parcel to seven days and removes the express option — order those separately.
- Choose Lalamove or pickup if you are in the Klang Valley and the date is tight.
FAQ
Can I get a banner printed in 24 hours in Malaysia?
The fastest is next-working-day dispatch with Express. Artwork approved before 12 noon on a working day is dispatched the next working day — approved Monday at 10:30 am, dispatched Tuesday — and Lalamove can deliver it the same day within the Klang Valley.
Is there same-day printing?
No. The fastest production is the next working day after artwork approval. Same-day delivery is possible once the order is ready, by Lalamove in the Klang Valley or by collecting it free from the shop in Seri Kembangan.
How much does express printing cost?
30% of the order subtotal, with a RM20 minimum and a RM150 cap, charged once per order. A single 3 × 6 ft banner or A1 poster pays the RM20 minimum, a RM75 roll-up pays RM22.50, and any order over RM500 pays RM150.
What is the cut-off time for urgent printing?
12 noon, Malaysia time, for artwork approval on a working day. Approval before noon starts the production clock that day; after noon it starts the next working day. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count.
Do Saturdays count as a working day?
No. The shop opens on Saturday for pickup only, and nothing is produced, so artwork approved on Saturday starts its clock on Monday. National and Selangor public holidays are skipped too.
What is the turnaround time for large quantity banner orders?
Five working days from artwork approval on the standard tier, or the next working day on express, regardless of quantity. For several hundred pieces or a date that cannot move, confirm on WhatsApp before paying.
Which products cannot be rushed?
Box-up and backlit letters, 3D printed letters and custom neon signs take seven working days with no express option. Fabric, flags and sublimation transfers are made by a production partner, so allow five to seven working days.
