The rates behind the table: 340gsm flex is RM21.53 per m² (about RM2.00 per sq ft); 510gsm flex and mesh are RM32.30 per m² (about RM3.00 per sq ft). Because pricing is by area, a 5 × 7 ft or a 12 × 2 ft is priced the same way — there is no "standard size" surcharge and no custom-size surcharge.
Quantity discounts apply automatically at 100 or more pieces of one design: 100 × 3 × 6 ft flex banners are RM34.19 each instead of RM35.99.
Which banner material for the price
- Flex 340gsm (RM2.00/sq ft) — the everyday Malaysian outdoor banner. PVC-coated, weatherproof, printed with UV-cured ink. Right for shopfront promotions, event banners and anything up for weeks to a few months.
- Premium flex 510gsm (RM3.00/sq ft) — half as thick again. Hangs flatter, stretches less at the eyelets, and holds colour longer. Choose it for a banner that stays up for months, or one that is photographed close up.

What each finishing costs
Finishing is how the banner is fixed up, and it is decided at the printer. On a 4 × 8 ft 340gsm flex banner (RM63.99 base):

Two rules of thumb. Anything longer than about 10 ft, or anywhere wind reaches, should have eyelets every 2–3 ft rather than four corners — a large banner pulled at four points tears at those four points. And a pole pocket is the right call whenever the banner hangs from a bar rather than being tied to a frame: it spreads the load along the whole edge and the banner hangs flat.
How long banner printing takes
Two tiers, both counted in working days from the moment your artwork is approved, not from payment:

On a 3 × 6 ft or a 4 × 8 ft banner the express fee is the RM20 minimum; on a 4 × 12 ft it is RM28.80, and on a 20 × 4 ft RM48.00. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays do not count as working days, so artwork approved before noon on a Friday and rushed is dispatched on Monday.
The clock starts at artwork approval for a reason: most files that arrive need a preflight fix (a missing bleed, a low-resolution logo, RGB colours), and a next-day promise counted from checkout would be missed on most orders. Delivery: courier, Lalamove or pick up
- Courier, nationwide. Banners roll, so any size ships by parcel courier. Allow 1–3 working days after dispatch, a few more for Sabah and Sarawak. The rate is quoted live at checkout.
- Lalamove, Klang Valley. Same-day on-demand delivery once the order is ready, quoted and paid to the driver.
- Self-pickup, free, from the shop in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Monday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm.
