Measure from the leftmost to rightmost edge and from the topmost to bottommost edge of your finished artwork. Include all lines and logos together, but no extra wall space around them. We check fine details in your artwork before production.

This is the front-lit range: the acrylic face itself glows, so the letters read in your brand colour after dark. It is the brightest and most legible option from across a road or a mall walkway, and it is what most shopfronts want. The alternative is our Aluminium Backlit Letters, where the face stays solid metal and the LED throws a halo of light onto the wall behind — quieter and more expensive-looking, but much harder to read from a distance. Minimum letter height here is 80mm, because the LED module and its wiring have to live inside the letter.

Two ways to get there, both included in the price. UV printing puts your exact brand colour, or a gradient or logo, onto the acrylic face. Or pick a stocked 3mm coloured acrylic — white, red, green, yellow, pink, grey, or a translucent tint in blue, green, orange, red, yellow or pink — and tell us which in the artwork note. There is no black face on a front-lit letter: black lets no light out, so the sign simply goes dark at night. The sides are folded sheet aluminium, which will not rust and is light enough to hang three floors up a fascia.

Yes, and it is not optional — the Add to cart button stays locked until you pick one. The modules run on 12V DC, so every lit order has to include an AC–DC driver: 100W or 300W, indoor or rainproof. Wiring the LEDs straight into 240V mains destroys them the moment you switch on, and that is not covered by warranty. Take the rainproof driver for anything outdoors, and mount it somewhere your electrician can still reach in two years.

We are the factory, so we do not install it ourselves — every order ships ready to self-install, with a full-size paper template included at no charge: tape it up, mark the holes through it, and every letter lands level and evenly spaced first time. That is how the same letters go up anywhere in Malaysia or overseas. If you would rather not do it, pick a floor level in the Installation list and we arrange a partner contractor in KL and Selangor: the price shown is their estimate for a standard job — from RM500 for a ground-floor wall or fascia, stepping up floor by floor as the access equipment grows — and we confirm it with you before the visit is booked. It is one visit and one charge for your whole order, whether it is 3 letters or 30, at the highest floor among them; above the 5th floor the contractor quotes after a site survey, since that means a boom lift or a gondola and a permit from the building.
