Acrylic (3mm / 5mm)
A glossy, premium plastic with vibrant colour and a substantial feel. The glass-like surface makes logos and lettering pop, which is why it is the default for office reception walls, retail logo signs and clinic directories.

The false economy to avoid
The most common mistake is buying KT board for an outdoor sign because it is half the price of ACP. In Malaysian weather a KT board sign will delaminate and warp within months, so a RM48 board replaced three times costs more than the RM96 ACP board that lasts years — plus the hassle of taking it down and reprinting.
If it faces outside, it is ACP. That is the whole rule.
