Signboards are priced by area: your width times your height, multiplied by the material's rate per square metre, with a minimum charge per piece. No setup fee, no artwork fee, no minimum order.

Acrylic is cut from sheets up to 1200 x 1800 mm, so 4 x 8 ft is not available in acrylic. For a shopfront that size, use ACP.

What actually drives the price
- Area, not "size tier". Doubling both dimensions quadruples the area — and roughly the price. A 4 x 8 ft board is four times the area of a 2 x 4 ft board.
- Material. Acrylic costs about 1.7x ACP per square metre, and ACP costs about 2x KT board. You are buying weather resistance and lifespan, not just a surface.
- Where the sign lives. An outdoor sign in Malaysian sun and rain on KT board will fail within months. Paying RM96 for ACP instead of RM48 for KT board is the cheaper decision over two years.
- Finishing. Mostly small flat fees, except double-sided print and lamination, which scale with area.
Worked example: a café shopfront sign
A 5 x 2 ft ACP fascia sign with drilled mounting holes:
- 5 x 2 ft = 1524 x 610 mm = 0.9296 m²
- 0.9296 m² x RM129.20/m² = RM 120.11
- Drill holes: RM 5.00
- Total: RM 125.11 before delivery

What is the cheapest signboard material in Malaysia?
KT board 5mm at RM6 per square foot, with a RM15 minimum per piece. It is a lightweight foam-core panel suited to short-term indoor signage, event backdrops and promotional displays. It is not suitable for outdoor or long-term use — for that, ACP is the cheapest durable option.
How much is a 4 x 8 ft signboard?
A full 4 x 8 ft sheet is RM 384.60 in 3mm ACP or 1.5mm HIPS, RM 288.45 in 5mm PVC foamboard, and RM 192.30 in 5mm KT board. Acrylic is not available at this size because sheets are limited to 1200 x 1800 mm.
Is there a minimum order for signboards?
No. There is no minimum order quantity and no minimum order value. Each material has a per-piece minimum charge instead — RM15 for KT board, RM35 for ACP, RM40 for acrylic — which covers a very small board.
Do signboard prices include installation?
No. All prices are for the printed board delivered to you. Add drilled mounting holes for RM5 so the board arrives ready to screw-mount, or standoff mounts for RM25 for a floating indoor sign. We deliver nationwide with tracking.
