How much do custom stickers cost in Malaysia? A 5 x 5 cm die-cut vinyl sticker is RM0.25 each at quantity 100 — RM25 for the batch. Stickers are priced by area, so the cost follows your size and quantity rather than a fixed price list, and there is no setup or artwork fee.
Sticker prices by size

White matte or gloss vinyl, die-cut, per piece:
| Size | Per piece | 100 pieces |
|---|---|---|

| 7 x 7 cm | RM 0.25 | RM 25.00 |
| 10 x 10 cm | RM 0.48 | RM 48.00 |
| 15 x 15 cm | RM 1.09 | RM 109.00 |
| 20 x 20 cm | RM 1.94 | RM 194.00 |
Small stickers land on the minimum charge, so 5 x 5 cm and 7 x 7 cm cost the same — order the larger one if the design allows, since it is free extra area.
Which sticker material

| Material | Rate | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| White vinyl, matte | RM4.50/sqft | Labels, decals, general signage |
| White vinyl, gloss | RM4.50/sqft | Product labels where colour should pop |
| Clear sticker | RM3.50/sqft | A no-label look on glass and bottles |
| Frosted sticker | RM3.50/sqft | Glass doors, partitions, privacy bands |
| One-way vision | RM4.50/sqft | Shopfront glass — see out, not in |
| Floor sticker, anti-slip laminated | RM7.00/sqft | Wayfinding and floor promos |
Clear and frosted are cheaper per square foot than white vinyl, so at larger sizes a clear sticker can cost less than a white one.
Die-cut, kiss-cut or sheet?

- Die cut — each sticker cut to its own outline and supplied as separate pieces. The default for logos and irregular shapes.
- Kiss cut — cut through the vinyl but not the backing, so stickers peel off a sheet. Handy for sets.
- Sheet — several designs printed on one sheet, cheapest per design for mixed small runs.
Die-cutting a custom shape carries a cutting surcharge over a plain rectangle, which the configurator shows as you select it.
Where each type is used

- Product labels — white matte or gloss vinyl, usually 3-7 cm, ordered in hundreds.
- Shopfront glass — one-way vision for window graphics that keep the view out, or frosted for privacy bands at eye level.
- Floor promos and wayfinding — anti-slip laminated floor stickers, which are rated for foot traffic. The unlaminated version is cheaper but only suits short campaigns.
- Asset and safety labels — white matte vinyl, small sizes, often with lamination for wipe resistance.
- Car and van decals — white or clear vinyl cut to shape.

FAQ
How much does sticker printing cost in Malaysia?
White vinyl stickers start at RM0.25 per piece for a 5 x 5 cm die-cut sticker, so 100 pieces is RM25. A 10 x 10 cm sticker is RM0.48 each. Pricing is by area at RM4.50 per square foot, with no setup or artwork fee.
What is the minimum order for custom stickers?
There is no minimum quantity — you can order a single piece. Each sticker has a minimum charge of 25 sen, which is why very small stickers all cost the same. Bulk discounts apply automatically at 3 or more items.
What is the difference between matte and gloss stickers?
Gloss has a shiny finish that makes colours look more saturated, which suits product labels. Matte has a flat, non-reflective finish that is easier to read at an angle and looks more understated. Both are the same price and the same durable vinyl.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. We print on vinyl with UV ink, so stickers are waterproof and suitable outdoors, on bottles, and on vehicles. Floor stickers can be ordered with an anti-slip laminate rated for foot traffic.
Can I get clear or transparent stickers?
Yes. Clear sticker is RM3.50 per square foot, cheaper than white vinyl, and gives a no-label look on glass and packaging. Frosted is the same price and is the usual choice for glass doors and privacy bands.
