Planning labels for a KL shop or pop-up
- Packaging labels: measure a flat area of the bottle, pouch or box before choosing a size.
- Glass doors: use a window sticker and check whether it will be fitted inside or outside the glass.

Production, delivery & collection
Standard printed orders take 3 working days, ready 6pm–12am on working day 3; an order confirmed (paid and artwork approved) before 2pm counts that day as day 0. Confirmed Monday before 2pm: ready Thursday, 6pm–12am; from 2pm, counting starts the next working day. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
A courier collects your order the working day after its ready date, and arrival in Peninsular Malaysia is estimated the working day after that. Sabah, Sarawak and international destinations take longer; the booked service may vary.
For a shop, office or mall delivery, include the unit number and receiver’s phone number. Check loading-bay or reception arrangements with the venue. Collection is from our Seri Kembangan shop, not a Kuala Lumpur branch.
Collection, only at our shop: 13-2, Jalan Minlon Utama, Accession Industrial Park, Seri Kembangan. Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm; Saturday, 8am–1pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready.
Delivery and packing are shown at checkout. Courier delivery is priced by packed size, weight and destination; there is no free shipping. Courier and Lalamove orders carry a packing charge; self-collection is free.
Before you order
Set the finished width and height in millimetres, check text and QR codes at the real size, and choose the cutting option you need. You can upload your artwork in the configurator, send it later or choose “Design for me”, which is free. Different designs need separate cart items.
