This sign uses the ISO 7010 W003 trefoil pictogram with DANGER – RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL — IONISING RADIATION in English and BAHAYA! – BAHAN RADIOAKTIF — SINARAN MENGION in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version is also available. It is required at X-ray and CT rooms, nuclear medicine stores, radiotherapy bunkers, industrial radiography bays, nuclear gauge installations and source stores. Hospitals, dental and imaging clinics, NDT contractors and factories in Malaysia use it to mark areas controlled under the Atomic Energy Licensing Act 1984, where AELB licence conditions call for clear radiation warning signs at every access point. The sticker suits lead doors and existing panels. PP hollow board is a budget notice, 5mm PVC foam board gives a rigid indoor panel, and EG steel sheet is right for outdoor gauge and source store doors.
