About this sign
This yellow warning triangle sign carries the general exclamation symbol and reads Caution in English with Awas! in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version (注意安全) is also available, in BM+EN, trilingual or single-language layouts.
It is the catch-all warning for hazards that do not have a specific sign: maintenance works in a condo corridor, a temporary trench on a construction site, uneven ground in a car park, a low railing at a shoplot mezzanine, a broken tile at a school, or a machine under repair in a factory. JKKP (DOSH) expects workplace hazards to be signposted, and a general caution sign covers the gap until a proper fix or specific sign is in place.
