Danger Moving Machinery

The sign reads DANGER, MOVING MACHINERY in English and BAHAYA! MESIN BERGERAK in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese version (当心机械伤人) available alone or with the other two languages. The gear-and-hand pictogram in a yellow triangle warns of entanglement and crushing. It is fixed on machine guards and beside conveyors, presses, mixers, rollers, packing lines, palm oil mill equipment, sawmill and woodworking machines, printing presses, lift motor rooms and pump rooms in factories, workshops and plants across Malaysia. Employers under the Occupational Safety and Health Act display it as part of their JKKP/DOSH hazard signage, alongside our PPE and No Unauthorised Operation signs. Default size is 200×300mm; other sizes from 150×200mm to 600×900mm. PVC foam board 5mm gives a rigid panel for an indoor production floor, PP hollow board is the budget option, and Tandaku Colourfit EG steel sheet 0.5mm is the choice for oily, wet or outdoor plant areas.
