This yellow warning triangle carries the radiation trefoil with CAUTION, X-RAY in English and AWAS! SINAR-X in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version (当心X射线) is available alone or combined with BM and English. It is fixed on the door of X-ray rooms in clinics, hospitals, dental surgeries, veterinary clinics and medical screening centres across Malaysia, and at industrial radiography and NDT bays in fabrication yards and inspection companies. Premises that operate X-ray apparatus are licensed by the Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB), and clear door signage is a basic part of the controlled-area requirements. Check your licence conditions for any additional wording or warning light your inspector expects. Default size is 200×300mm; other sizes from 150×200mm to 600×900mm.
