This yellow warning triangle carries the biohazard symbol with BIOHAZARD in English and BAHAYA BIOLOGI in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version (生物危害) is available on its own or with BM and English. It marks doors and containers where infectious material is handled or stored: pathology and microbiology laboratories, hospital and clinic treatment rooms, clinical waste holding rooms and bins, dental surgeries, veterinary clinics, university research labs, mortuaries and sewage treatment plants across Malaysia. It is also used on clinical waste collection points in condominiums and nursing homes. Workplaces covered by the Occupational Safety and Health Act use it as part of their JKKP/DOSH hazard signage. Default size is 200×300mm; other sizes from 150×200mm to 600×900mm.
