A yellow plate reading SCHOOL VAN — CHILDREN ON BOARD with a school-bus pictogram. The Bahasa Malaysia version reads VAN SEKOLAH — ADA KANAK-KANAK DI DALAM, and a Chinese version is also available. School-van and bas sekolah operators, kindergarten and tuition-centre transport, tahfiz and daycare vans across Malaysia fit it on the rear doors and sides so other drivers slow down near the vehicle, give way when it pulls out and stop when children cross after alighting. It supports the existing yellow-and-black school bus livery and the APAD and JPJ expectations for pupil transport.
