The plate reads CO-CURRICULUM ROOM in English and BILIK KOKURIKULUM in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese 课外活动室 version available. It marks the office of the Penolong Kanan Kokurikulum and the store for club, uniformed-body and sports files, trophies and PAJSK records. Used in SK, SMK, SJKC and SJKT schools and colleges across Malaysia.
The plate comes as an acrylic-look navy panel with white text and pictogram in landscape 3:1 proportions, and mounts flat on the door or the wall next to it.
