Rented Strip

A red strip reading RENTED, meant to go across an existing For Rent or Room For Rent board once a tenant is confirmed. The Bahasa Malaysia version reads TELAH DISEWA, and a Chinese version is also available. Landlords, property agents and room-rental operators across Malaysia paste it over their boards to stop the phone ringing for a unit that is already let, while still showing that the agent closed the deal. It is common on gates, balconies and shophouse shutters until the board is taken down. Order it as a sticker from RM6 to paste onto banners, boards and glass, a PP hollow board to fix over a board, or a flex banner with eyelets to cable-tie across a larger board.
