This red-circle sign reads No Pets Allowed in English with Dilarang Membawa Haiwan Peliharaan in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version (禁止携带宠物) is also available, and you can order BM+EN, BM+EN+Chinese or a single language. Many strata schemes in Malaysia restrict pets in lifts, lobbies, pools and gardens, and JMBs post this sign to back up the house rules. Restaurants, kopitiams and food courts use it for hygiene, supermarkets and pharmacies at their entrances, clinics and dental surgeries in waiting rooms, and surau, mosques and schools on their grounds. Parks and playgrounds managed by councils or residents' associations also use it where dogs are not permitted.
