This red-circle sign reads No Alcohol in English with Dilarang Membawa / Meminum Minuman Keras in Bahasa Malaysia, covering both bringing in and drinking. A Chinese version (禁止饮酒) is also available, and you can order BM+EN, BM+EN+Chinese or a single language.
