The sign reads AUTHORISED FORKLIFT OPERATORS ONLY – VALID LICENCE REQUIRED in English and PEMANDU FORKLIF BERLESEN SAHAJA – LESEN SAH DIPERLUKAN in Bahasa Malaysia, with a forklift symbol. A Chinese version is also available. Place it at forklift parking bays, battery charging points, key cabinets and warehouse entrances so that only trained, authorised drivers take the controls. Warehouses, factories, container yards and distribution centres across Malaysia use it to support their forklift training and authorisation records, which JKKP/DOSH officers look for under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 after any forklift incident.
