Visitor Parking

A clearly marked visitor bay keeps guests out of residents' and staff lots. This blue sign reads Visitor Parking in English with Tempat Letak Kereta Pelawat in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version (访客停车位) is also available, in BM+EN, trilingual or single-language layouts. Condo and apartment JMBs use it to mark visitor bays near the guardhouse, office buildings post it at ground-floor lots for clients, clinics and dental surgeries mark patient parking, factories place it at the visitor lot outside the main office, and schools and kindergartens use it for parents. A visible sign also reduces arguments with security when a resident finds a stranger in their bay. Choose PP hollow board for a budget sign under cover, 5mm PVC foam board for a rigid, smooth panel on a wall, or 0.5mm Tandaku Colourfit EG steel for outdoor posts and fences.
