Speed Limit 20

The sign reads SPEED LIMIT 20 km/h in English and HAD LAJU 20 km/j in Bahasa Malaysia, with a large 20 in a red circle. A Chinese version is also available. Use it on condominium and apartment driveways, gated housing estate roads, school compounds, hospital grounds, factory and warehouse yards and multi-storey car park ramps. Property managers, JMBs and management corporations in Malaysia install it to enforce house rules under the Strata Management Act 2013, and factories use it as part of site traffic management for lorries, vans and staff vehicles. EG steel sheet on a post or wall is the usual outdoor choice. The sticker fits pillars and existing boards, PP hollow board is a temporary notice, and 5mm PVC foam board suits covered car park walls. Sizes run from A6 to A1, in five language versions: BM+EN, BM+EN+中文, English only, BM only or 中文 only. Every sign is printed to order and delivered nationwide.
