About this sign
The sign reads MOTORCYCLE LANE in English and LORONG MOTOSIKAL in Bahasa Malaysia with a blue motorcycle symbol on an information panel. A Chinese version (摩托车专用道) is available, or choose English only, BM only or three languages together.
It is used where motorcycles get their own entry: condo and apartment guardhouses with a separate rider lane, mall and office car park entrances, factory and warehouse gates, university campuses and hospital compounds. Posting it at the split keeps riders out of the car queue and cars out of the narrow motorcycle channel.
