This sign reads FORKLIFT SPEED LIMIT 5 km/h in English and HAD LAJU FORKLIF 5 km/j in Bahasa Malaysia, with a large 5 in a red circle. A Chinese version is also available. Mount it on pillars, racking ends and dock doors in warehouses, factories, container yards, cold stores and distribution centres where forklifts share the floor with pedestrians. A walking-pace limit at aisles and blind corners is a standard control in workplace traffic management plans in Malaysia, supporting the forklift safety expectations of JKKP/DOSH under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994.
