If the bays outside your shop are always taken by the office next door, this sign sets the rule: Customer Parking Only in English with Tempat Letak Kereta Untuk Pelanggan Sahaja in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version (顾客专用停车位) is also available. Order it as BM+EN, BM+EN+Chinese or single-language.
It is popular with shoplot businesses across Malaysia: cafes and kopitiams, clinics and pharmacies, car workshops, showrooms, laundrettes, tuition centres and hardware stores that depend on walk-in customers being able to park.
