This sign reads CAUTION – AUTOMATIC BARRIER — ONE VEHICLE AT A TIME in English and AWAS! – PALANG AUTOMATIK — SATU KENDERAAN PADA SATU MASA in Bahasa Malaysia, with the ISO 7010 W033 barrier pictogram. A Chinese version is also available. Mount it before boom gates at condominium and apartment car parks, office and mall car park entries, factory guardhouses, hospital drop-offs and gated housing estates. Property managers, JMBs and security contractors in Malaysia use it to stop tailgating, which causes barrier arm strikes, damaged cars and disputes over repair costs, and to support access card rules under their by-laws.
