About this sign
This blue mandatory sign reads Eye Protection Must Be Worn in English with Sila Pakai Pelindung Mata in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version (必须戴护目镜) is also available, and you can order BM+EN, BM+EN+Chinese or a single language.
Eye protection is required under JKKP (DOSH) PPE rules wherever there is a risk from flying particles, sparks, splashes or dust. Workshops post it at grinding, cutting and welding bays, factories at machining and moulding lines, school and university labs at the door, chemical stores and dosing rooms, car workshops at spray and battery areas, and construction sites at rebar and concrete cutting zones.
