Emergency Shower

This green safe-condition sign reads EMERGENCY SHOWER in English and PANCURAN KECEMASAN in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese version (紧急淋浴) available on its own or with BM and English. The shower pictogram marks the drench shower for chemical splash on the body. It is fixed above or beside emergency drench showers in chemical and petrochemical plants, electroplating lines, battery and acid rooms, laboratories, water and sewage treatment works, palm oil mills and refineries, fertiliser and pesticide stores and food processing CIP areas across Malaysia. Workplaces handling corrosive chemicals install these showers under their JKKP/DOSH chemical health risk controls, and the sign makes sure the station is found quickly by someone whose sight may already be affected. It pairs with our Emergency Eyewash sign. Default size is 200×300mm; other sizes from 150×200mm to 600×900mm. Tandaku Colourfit EG steel sheet 0.5mm is recommended for outdoor plant showers, PVC foam board 5mm suits an indoor laboratory or plant room, and PP hollow board is the budget option.
