This green safe-condition sign reads EMERGENCY EYEWASH in English and PENCUCI MATA KECEMASAN in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese version (紧急洗眼器) available alone or with the other two languages. The eyewash pictogram is the standard symbol for the station. It is fixed above eyewash stations and bottles in school, university and hospital laboratories, chemical and paint stores, electroplating and battery charging rooms, water treatment plants, palm oil mills, printing shops, swimming pool chlorine rooms and food factory CIP areas across Malaysia.
