About this sign
This safe-condition sign reads BREAK TO OBTAIN ACCESS in English and PECAHKAN UNTUK AKSES in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese version available. It carries the green ISO 7010 E008 pictogram of a hand breaking a glass panel, matching other MS ISO 7010 emergency signs.
Fit it to break-glass key boxes holding keys for locked fire exits, roller shutters, gates, roof hatches and lift machine rooms in factories, warehouses, schools, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls and condominiums. It also suits emergency door-release units on access-controlled doors. Keeping escape routes openable in an emergency is a Bomba and UBBL requirement for occupied buildings.
Sticker Only is usually applied straight onto the key box or door frame.
