This is the Dalam Penyelenggaraan sign that facilities teams put on a lift, escalator, swimming pool, gym machine, vending machine, air-conditioning unit or any area closed for servicing, with an apology for the inconvenience. The headline is in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with a Chinese version available, and the spanner pictogram makes the reason clear without reading. Use it wherever something is temporarily out of service: condominium and office lobbies, shopping centres, hotels, factories and schools. It pairs with the Lift Out of Order and Toilet Out of Order signs for the specific cases.
