Gym Rules

This board is headed GYM RULES and lists proper sports attire, wipe equipment after use, no children under 12, and use at your own risk. The Bahasa Malaysia text is headed PERATURAN GIMNASIUM, and a Chinese version (健身房规则) is available on its own or with BM and English. It is a standard fixture at the entrance of condominium and apartment gyms, where there is no staff on duty and the management wants its conditions of use clearly posted. Hotel fitness rooms, office gyms, community centres and small commercial studios across Malaysia use it too. For strata schemes it backs up the by-laws on facility use. Default size is 450×600mm, with other sizes from 150×200mm to 600×900mm. Indoors, PVC foam board 5mm gives a rigid, smooth panel that looks neat on a painted wall; PP hollow board is the budget option.
