The sign reads CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE in English and DITUTUP UNTUK PENYELENGGARAAN, HARAP MAAF ATAS KESULITAN in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version (维修中 暂停使用) is available alone or together with BM and English.
Condominium and building managements across Malaysia use it when a swimming pool, gym, sauna, playground, toilet block, lift or car park level is shut for servicing, and shops, clinics and restaurants use it during renovation. Because it is reusable, most managements keep one or two in the store and bring them out as needed. For a single broken item, our smaller Out Of Order sign may suit better.
Default size is 200×300mm; other sizes from 150×200mm to 600×900mm.
