This sign reads AIR & WATER – FREE TYRE PRESSURE CHECK – RECOMMENDED 220–250 kPa (32–36 psi), with Angin & Air – Semakan Tekanan Tayar Percuma – Disyorkan 220–250 kPa (32–36 psi) in Bahasa Malaysia. A Chinese version (充气 & 加水) is available. The tyre-gauge pictogram makes the bay easy to spot from the forecourt. It marks the air and water point at petrol stations, tyre shops, car workshops, car wash centres, R&R stops, fleet depots and condominium car parks with a shared compressor across Malaysia. The pressure range is a general guide for passenger cars; drivers should still check the figure on their own door-jamb label.
