Danger Underground Cables

This sign reads DANGER – UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC CABLES — DO NOT DIG in English and BAHAYA! – KABEL ELEKTRIK BAWAH TANAH — DILARANG MENGGALI in Bahasa Malaysia, with a lightning symbol. A Chinese version is also available. It is posted along buried cable routes, around substations and feeder pillars, at factory compounds, solar farm arrays, condominium grounds and construction sites where excavation could strike a live cable. Developers, electrical contractors, facility managers and landscaping teams in Malaysia use it to prevent cable strikes, which cause electrocution, outages and repair bills, and to support the safe digging checks expected under the Electricity Regulations 1994. EG steel sheet on a post is the usual outdoor choice. The sticker suits substation doors and existing boards, PP hollow board is a temporary site notice, and 5mm PVC foam board works in a covered plant room. Sizes run from A6 to A1, in five language versions: BM+EN, BM+EN+中文, English only, BM only or 中文 only. Every sign is printed to order and delivered nationwide.
