The sign reads NO UNAUTHORISED OPERATION OF MACHINERY in English and DILARANG MENGENDALIKAN JENTERA TANPA KEBENARAN in Bahasa Malaysia, with a Chinese version (禁止擅自操作机械) available on its own or with BM and English. The crossed forklift pictogram makes the scope clear. It is fixed at forklift parking bays, crane and hoist controls, excavator and plant compounds, workshop machines, bakery and food processing lines, printing and packaging machines, and construction site plant areas across Malaysia. Employers use it to restrict operation to trained and, where required, licensed operators, supporting their JKKP/DOSH obligations for competent persons on certain machinery.
